Rising professionals, which include anyone starting or advancing in their profession, are at a pivotal point in their career journey. Their ability to evolve into the best version of themselves will determine how far they can go, in the future; and how much they show up to contribute, in the present. My talks take a wholistic (whole person) approach to professional development. Attendees will get grounded in clarity, build confidence, and tap into self-care, as tools for personal and professional growth. My goal is to always inform and inspire with enthusiasm, leaving each person ready to step into their greatest potential!

This 90–120-minute workshop is designed to help participants create the future they envision, with well-being at the forefront so they're better able to achieve their greatest dreams for the future, and show up as their best selves, in the present!
Whether they are on a trajectory for greater achievement in the workplace, or a passionate pursuit in entrepreneurship, participants will walk away with the tools needed to be intentional about the direction their life takes going forward, keeping them on track with more meaningful balance - combating the burdens of absenteeism, presenteeism, and overall poor performance.
Participants will be able to incorporate the Goal. Set. Go. process, which goes beyond just setting goals, to help them identify and follow through on the actionable steps to actually getting to their goals.

About Me
Hello! I’m a professional presenter, facilitator, emcee, consultant, and ambassador for wellness. My 15+ year career has included several successes in entrepreneurship as an independent consultant, as well as employed career advancements that led to many meaningful years leading community engagement. I furthered my experience in leadership while working for a Fortune 500 healthcare company, and I continue to apply my expertise in advancing population health by capturing insights to drive decisions; making meaningful connections that amplify engagement; and using creative content delivery to inspire change.

Sherry works with organizations that want to more effectively IMPACT women’s health & healthcare (health systems, clinics, NGOs, CBOs, etc.), as well as companies (or entrepreneurs) wanting to initiate a wholistic approach to professional development. She uses qualitative methods to capture insights, and social marketing to amplify engagement. Sherry can moderate focus groups, conduct interviews, prepare case studies and analysis reports, lead workshops, foster clinic/community collaborations, and facilitate staff trainings, meetings, and retreats.
