Sherry works with organizations that want to more effectively IMPACT women’s health (health systems, clinics, CBOs, etc.); and companies (or entrepreneurs) wanting a wholistic approach to professional development. She uses qualitative methods to capture insights, and social marketing to enhance engagement. Sherry can foster clinic/community collaborations, conduct workshops, lead focus groups, hold interviews, prepare analysis reports, and facilitate staff trainings, meetings, & retreats.

Sherry works with companies to represent brands and create content, particularly for health and wellness-based products or services, as a nationally certified wellness practitioner and health education specialist. She also works with mass media and production companies to inspire and inform wider audiences. Going beyond the role of a traditional brand ambassador, Sherry inspires positive action by combining creativity, expertise, and enthusiasm, to meet onsite, on-air, & online needs.

This 90–120-minute workshop is designed to help participants create the future they envision, with well-being at the forefront so they're better able to achieve their greatest dreams for the future, and show up as their best selves, in the present!
Whether they are on a trajectory for greater achievement in the workplace, or a passionate pursuit in entrepreneurship, participants will walk away with the tools needed to be intentional about the direction their life takes going forward, keeping them on track with more meaningful balance - combating the burdens of absenteeism, presenteeism, and overall poor performance.
Participants will be able to incorporate the Goal. Set. Go. process, which goes beyond just setting goals, to help them identify and follow through on the actionable steps to actually getting to their goals.

Hello! I’m a professional speaker, consultant, and ambassador for wellness. My 15+ year career has included several successes in entrepreneurship as an independent consultant, as well as employed career advancements that led to many meaningful years leading community engagement. I furthered my experience in leadership while working for a Fortune 500 healthcare company, and I continue to develop my expertise in advancing population health by capturing insights to drive decisions; making meaningful connections that amplify engagement; and using creative content delivery to inspire change.
